Creating your Crossbar Account

More Tips For Setting up your CROSSBAR Account:

All registrations, schedules, volunteering, and payments will now be managed through Crossbar.

STEP 1: CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Click “Sign Up” in the top left corner of the website.
  2. Enter your email address and create a password.
  3. Check your email and click the verification link.
  4. After verifying, enter your name and phone number to finish setting up your account.

STEP 2: ADD YOUR PLAYER

After creating your account, you’ll be prompted to add your player.

To add a player later:

  1. Log in
  2. Click Account
  3. Select the Participants tab
  4. Click Add Participant
  5. Enter your player’s name and birthdate

You can add multiple players under one account.


YOUR ACCOUNT MENU

When logged in, click Account to access:

Participants – Add or edit player information

Teams – View assigned teams and schedules

Volunteer – Sign up for volunteer opportunities

Billing – View balances and manage payments

Settings – Update email, phone number, or password

Notifications – Turn on game & practice email alerts

Pages – View any private pages shared with you

ADDING ANOTHER PARENT/GUARDIAN

We strongly recommend that all parents/guardians who bring a player to practices or games have their own login.

To add another parent:

  1. Log into the WEBSITE (not the app)
  2. Click Account
  3. Select your player
  4. Click + Add in the Accounts section
  5. Enter the parent/guardian’s email address

• If they already have an account, access is immediate.

• If not, they will receive an email to create one.

You can repeat this process to add multiple guardians.


USING THE CROSSBAR MOBILE APP

Download the Crossbar App from:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

Log in using the same email and password.

Inside the app you can:

  • View schedules
  • Access team information
  • Use Team Chat for quick communication

⚠ If you don’t see your team, the primary account holder may need to grant you access.


SYNC YOUR FAMILY CALENDAR

  1. Log in to the website
  2. Click Family Calendar
  3. Select Calendar Feed
  4. Follow the instructions to sync to your personal calendar

All team events will automatically update.


MANAGING PAYMENTS

To view or update payments:

  1. Log in
  2. Click Account
  3. Select Billing

Here you can:

  • View payment history
  • See upcoming payments
  • Update or remove payment methods

Payments process automatically on scheduled dates.


UPDATING PAYMENT INFORMATION

  1. Log in
  2. Click Account
  3. Select your player
  4. Scroll to Registration History
  5. Click View Details
  6. Click Edit next to payment method
  7. Enter new card info and save

(Note: If you do not see an Edit option, the payment may already be processed.)


TROUBLESHOOTING

Can’t log in?

Click Sign Up and create an account.

Email already in use?

Use the “Forgot Password” option.

Still not receiving reset email?

Check your Spam/Junk folder first.

Confirm Delete
Click the delete icon again to confirm. Click escape to cancel.
