Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Gridiron Club Registration
Slinger Gridiron Refund Policy Our program requires significant upfront costs for league fees, equipment, insurance, and scheduling. Because of this, refunds are handled according to the timeline below: Full Refund Participants who withdraw before equipment handout will receive a 100% refund of all registration fees. After Equipment Handout (Before First Game) If a player chooses to withdraw after equipment has been issued but before the first game: The $250 Volunteer Fee will be refunded and $150 of the Player Registration Fee will be refunded All issued equipment must be returned in good condition before any refund is processed. After Equipment Handout (Player Does Not Continue) If a player withdraws after equipment handout and does not participate: Only the $250 Volunteer Fee will be refunded The Player Registration Fee is non-refundable Equipment must be returned in good condition to receive the volunteer fee refund. Important Notes No refunds will be issued once games have begun. Refunds will not be processed until all equipment is returned. Processing times may take up to 2–3 weeks.
